Community events

National Council on Independent Living 2008 Conference - July 21 to July 24, 2008

NCIL’s Annual Conference attracts approximately 750 employers, disability leaders, independent living advocates, and Members of Congress. The conference is a week-long event featuring plenary sessions, an exhibit fair, a march and rally to the U.S. Capitol, and a full array of workshops. The Annual Awards Dinner will be the highlighting event, showcasing the accomplishments of our community and serving as a culmination of the week’s events.
